We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and discounts).
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. As a small business with a dedicated team of 1-2 people, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is handed to the carrier (USPS or UPS), we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, it often arrives within 3-4 days. If it does not arrive after 5 days, please contact the carrier directly, as we cannot file claims on your behalf. Refunds are not issued for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it.
