*start with 1-2 sprays on souls of feet and rub up back of legs
up to 3x per day. transdermal.

If you are low in magnesium the 1st few sprays may tingle or slightly itch.
If irrigation occurs spray on wet skin or apply a thin layer of coconut oil prior to spraying on skin.
For maximum absorption spray on lymph node areas.
As deodorant may keep sweat and odors away.
For acne use 10 sprays on face nightly.
